# How long does it take to get my identity verified?

The ID Verification process is reasonably quick and typically takes less than 15 seconds where we can match your data to the information provided.  
  
To help us ensure a smooth and quick journey whereby the verification process typically completes in less than a minute, please:  
*   Ensure you state you full legal names completely and accurately
  
*   Provide the correct Date of Birth
  
*   Provide your correct current residential address
  
  
Where it is not possible to match the above information, the process can take up to 15 minutes to complete automatically as we may require pictures of your:  
*   Passport or Drivers license
  
*   A selfie
  
  
In extreme cases where you details cannot be matched automatically it can take up to 1 business day where one of our Customer Care team needs to get involved to manually verify your identity
