I got rejected again after submitting a selfie and personal ID, what happens next?

If you are facing issues with ID Verification please check:

  • Your full name entered on Upside matches the name on your Passport and/or Driving License
  • Your address entered matches the address on:
  • the electoral roll
  • your bank statement
  • your driving license


    If you were asked to provide a copy of your passport and/or selfie, please ensure these images are clear and not blurred.

    Where it is not possible to match the above information, the process can take up to 15 minutes to complete automatically as we may require copies of your:
  • Passport or Drivers license
  • A selfie


    In extreme cases where you details cannot be matched automatically it can take up to 1 business day where one of our Customer Care team needs to get involved to manually verify your identity
