What is my email addressed used for and can I change it?

The following explains how Upside uses your email address and how you can change it

At Upside your financial and OpenBanking data is our primary concern and as such:

Upside uses your email address:

• as an integral part of your account security
  
• to partly verify your identity when you register for Upside after downloading the app
  
• to create an unique association between the Upside app and you linked OpenBanking accounts
  
• to respond to you when you communicate with us
  
  
  As such, we take changing you email address very seriously and as part of our security, we request that you Talk to us
  
  One of our friendly customer care people will work with you as quickly as possibly to make the amendment and confirm to you when your email address has been changed
